Life Update: I got a job with Epic Games!
Hey everyone, I know it's been some time, but I've been super busy these past few months finishing up grad school and my thesis paper but I am excited to share with you all what I've been up to. To start off, I successfully defended my master's thesis on Defining and Measuring Player Immersion with flying colors! I worked super hard on it and I'm extremely proud of the work I did and am excited to share it with the world (once I actually get started on the copyright and journal submission process of course). After performing all the research I did on my master's thesis I've come to realize that I am super passionate about developing games to be as immersive as possible to enhance player engagement and enjoyment. As such I will be constantly looking for ways to enhance this body of research and utilize the knowledge I have gained in practical settings.
